We do lots of exciting learning in Year 1. This Summer term our topics are MINIBEASTS and then in term 6 'OH I DO LIKE TO BE BESIDE THE SEASIDE!' In July we will be visiting Wembury beach and Marine Centre.

We are going to Forest School on Thursday afternoons and our travelling bears are looking forward to coming home with you soon. We do PE ('Leap into Life') 3 times a week and we are learning to do a 'Big Write' every week. We are learning to read and write with Read Write Inc, follow the parents tab at the top to find out more.

We are always keen to have help in the classrooms and are happy to answer any questions you have, just come and talk to us!
